Fakhar belongs to Shajar Fakhar Band. Shajar and Fakhar are brothers based in Lahore, with Shajar as the singer and Fakhar as the guitarist. They started their music career in 2002 and won the BOLAN award as the best band in 2003. Recently, Fakhar released his first solo song, 'Phir Teri Yaad'.
